Mansfield and Burleson are two of the fastest-growing suburbs in the southern DFW Metroplex, driven by relative affordability, direct access to major employment corridors, and a consistent pipeline of new residential development. According to U.S. Census Bureau 2024 Vintage estimates, Mansfield's population has reached approximately 84,498, up from 73,550 in the 2020 Census, while Burleson has grown to roughly 54,469, up from 45,641 over the same period.
