Move-Up Buyers: Smooth Transition in DFW

Move-up buyers in the southern DFW Metroplex succeed by timing their sale and purchase strategically, understanding bridge financing options, and pricing their current home accurately from day one. Texas REALTORS® reported a statewide median of 58 days on market that same month, with 71,196 active listings competing for buyers' attention across Texas.
