Home inspections aren’t pass/fail—they’re your negotiation blueprint.
Here’s the Playbook:
- Prioritize structural and safety fixes. These are the non-negotiables.
- Cosmetic issues? Consider them leverage, not dealbreakers.
- Don’t panic over every item listed; inspectors always find something.
Remember, inspections are there to protect you, not scare you into home-buying paralysis.
Deep breaths. It’s just an inspection, not the end of the world (even if it feels that way).
