From Nothing to DFW Real Estate Success
“Fake it til you make it” built my real estate business.
I showed up every day before I felt ready. I wasn’t born into real estate. Just a marketing degree, a Texas work ethic, and Google.
I learned contracts alongside seasoned agents. I learned negotiation by losing deals. I learned leadership by doing everything myself—until I couldn’t.
The first year was rough. No listings. Only a handful of clients. And a lot of rejection and doubt.
But I didn’t quit. I didn’t complain. I just kept showing up.
One open house turned into two clients. One apartment lease turned into a $600k referral. One investor turned into five.
And slowly, I built a real estate business.
Then I built a team.
Now we’re closing deals across DFW every month.
No one handed this to me. I built it from nothing. And I’m still building.
If you're trying to figure it all out: keep going.
Confidence is earned. But consistency is louder.
